Catholic Camporee
We will be leaving for the Catholic Camporee on October 14th. The theme for this year’s camporee is "We Are Called". This year the Camporee will be at Camp Barstow on Lake Murray. For boy scouts and girl scouts, there will be rifle, canoeing, pioneering, climbing, axe throwing and religious station. For the scouts 14 and older, there will also be the COPE course available for them.

Annual Planning Conference
The planning conference will be held during our regular meeting on October 11th. Be there to influence what is going on in Troop 707 next year.

OA News
OA chapter meetings are back in session on the second Thursday night each month. The Meetings are held at Simpsonville United Methodist Church at 7:00 PM. This month’s meeting will be on Oct. 13th.

Popcorn Sale
Yes it is time again for the annual Trail’s End Popcorn Sale. We did very well with our Show and Sell events. Now it is time to fill our order sheets. Everybody has to sell at least one item for the troop to receive full credit at 100% participation. Fill your sheet and go to the Clemson sports camp. Earn Salesmanship, merit badge! Let’s Go!
